Obstructive Sleep Apnea Symptoms
The symptoms of sleep apnea that the sufferer may recognise include the following;

- The need to urinate during the night.

- Not being able to breath, suffering multiple apneas, the number of apenas correlating to the severeness of the sleep apnea disorder.
- Snoring. The majority of people with obstructive sleep apnea snore, though not all of people who snore have sleep apnea.
- Disrupted sleep leading to lots of tossing and turning.
- Gasping or choking during sleep.
Sleep apnea symptoms in children
Symptoms of sleep apnea very much depend on how old the person is. For children younger than five, symptoms can include mouth breathing, sweating, snoring, restlessness, and waking up frequently. Children of five years of age or older, symptoms can include snoring, bed wetting, poor progression in school, and stinted physical development in terms of growth. Sleep apnea in children can also lead to poor behaviour in school and lack of concentration.
